Our AI agent reaches out to matches on your behalf with a personalized message highlighting what makes you unique and compatible. Once we’ve identified four quality matches, you’ll select your top choice to chat or go on a date with. If you're not interested, we'll keep trying until you find one you're excited about.
Our AI agent knows both of you on a deep level, and provides date ideas and conversation starters to give you a better chance at a great first date. "You're all set for your date with Jessica. You both love great coffee, so we recommend meeting at a nice cafe. Since you both love travel, don't forget to ask Jessica about her recent trip to Ecuador!"
After every conversation or date, each person will be asked for feedback and whether they would like to proceed with another conversation or date. The feedback will be shared in a polite and respectful manner, helping each person improve their dating approach with a better understanding of how to find relationship success.
If a match doesn’t work out, we keep providing fresh introductions until you find the right person. Unlike traditional matchmakers, which usually promise a limited number of dates, our AI agent keeps working on your behalf throughout the duration of your subscription.
With a free profile, you go through our onboarding process, where you’ll have a 20-30 minute video conversation with an AI Agent and upload photos to complete your profile. While free members don’t get concierge matchmaking service, they may receive match requests from paying members.

We start with an in-depth onboarding session where we get to know your personality, values, and what you’re looking for in a relationship. Our AI Agent then uses this insight to hand-pick matches who share your goals and outlook.
You will receive up to eight match suggestions each week, choosing to be connected with one of them at a time, or providing feedback on why you're not interested. After 24 match suggestions, if you don't like any of them, you may request and receive a full refund.
Not at all. You'll have a face to face video chat with our AI agent and tell us all about yourself and what you're looking for in your own words, guided by thoughtful questions. You'll also provide at least three photos. Our AI agent approaches matches on your behalf, sharing what makes you unique without the need for awkward self-promotion.
After you connect with a match, our service provides personalized tips for great dates. Over time, we expect to provide reminders and advice for special occasions, and guidance on communication and compromise.
No. If you receive a match request from a paying member, you'll have the option to connect without paying anything additional. However, as a free member, you aren’t guaranteed to receive matches, and paying members receive priority in our matchmaking process.

If a match doesn’t feel right, simply provide feedback as to what you don't like, and we’ll refine future matches based on your input. Our system will continue introducing you to new potential matches until you find someone who feels like the right fit.
Most matchmaking services cost $5k to $10k for a specific number of matches. Our AI technology is far more efficient, allowing us to charge a fraction of the cost and provide service until you've found a great match. If things don't work out, we start the process again, continuing to support your journey throughout the duration of your subscription.
